摘 要:以恩施矿区煤矸石为原料,首先分析其矿物组成及化学组成。煤矸石经热活化、酸浸提铝,煅烧制备氧化铝。采用X射线粉末衍射和傅里叶红外光谱分析不同煅烧温度和不同煅烧时间下煤矸石的晶型变化和化学键变化。研究表明煤矸石在煅烧温度为750℃、煅烧时间为2 h、酸浸温度为100℃、酸浸时间为4 h和固液比为1∶3的条件下,Al2O3的浸出率较高,可以达到78.6%。Using coal gangue from Enshi coalmine as raw materials, this paper has done a scientific analysis of the the chemical composition and structure of the coal gangue produced from Enshi coalmine. After the analysis of the coal gangue from Enshi coalmine, we have made a proposal to extracte aluminum oxide from it. The aluminum oxide were prepared through thermal activation, acid leaching and calcined from coal gangue.The crystal shape change and chemical change of the coal gangue from Enshi coalmine were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR) and X-Ray powder diffraction (XRD). And the optimum conditions were determined.The results show that the leaching rate of aluminum oxide reaches 78.6% under the conditions as follows: calcination temperature is 750 ℃ for 2 h, the acid pickling temperature is 100 ℃, the acid pickling time is 4 h and the ratio of solid-liquid is 1 : 3.
