摘  要:目的:优选桑叶黄酮类成分提取的最佳工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的量,以桑叶总黄酮含量作为评价指标,使用索氏回流提取,采用U(94)均匀设计表设计试验,考察提取溶剂浓度、提取时间、料液比、颗粒度4种因素对总黄酮提取的影响。结果:桑叶中黄酮类成分的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度为60%,提取时间为8 h,料液比为1∶50,颗粒度为60目。结论:该提取工艺操作简便合理,结果稳定准确,重复性良好,具有可行性。Objective: To optimize the extractive condition of flavonoids from Morus alba. Methods: UV were established to determine total flavonoids,U( 94) Uniform design form was selected as the experiments' schedule,the total flavonoids was used as evaluation indicator to and the extraction solvent concentration,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and particle size was used as the 4 influencing factors. Results: The uniform design experiment show that ethanol concentration of 90%,the extration time of 8 hours,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 50,and particle degree of 65 orders were the optimum extraction process. Conclusion: The method can quickly,accurately determine the optimum extraction technology of flavonoids from Morus alba.
