清肺保元汤治疗革兰阴性杆菌肺炎

摘　　要：目的观察清肺保元汤治疗肺部革兰阴性杆菌感染患者血清白介素(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平的影响。方法选择肺部革兰阴性杆菌感染的患者120例随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例。所有病例均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用清肺保元汤,疗程为14 d,观察两组治疗前后血常规、血清IL-6、CRP、PCT水平变化情况。结果治疗后两组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、IL-6、CRP、PCT水平明显下降,治疗组变化更明显。结论清肺保元汤能显著减轻革兰阴性杆菌肺炎肺部炎症反应。Objective： To observe the effects of Qingfeibaoyuan Decoction on the peripheral blood levels of IL- 6, CRP and PCT patients with Gram -negative bacillary pneumonia. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were adopted the conventional drug therapy. The observation group was given Qingfeibaoyuan Decoction for 14 days. Some indices were observed and compared in two groups including the lung function, the peripheral blood levels of IL-6, CRP and PCT. Results： The observation group and the control group were remarkable declined after treatment in the following indices such as IL-6, CRP,PCT. However,PCT was declined more significantly in the control group who were added with Qingfeibaoyuan Decoction（P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The treatment of patients with gram -negative bacillary pneumonia has significant curative effect.
