摘　　要：根据乌鲁木齐路网特征,利用四阶段交通需求模型,构建了乌鲁木齐市交通规划模型,详细描述了模型的输入和输出以及相关参数标定的方案,并结合实际案例进行应用分析。According to the properties of the road network of Urumqi, the paper establishes the traffic planning model of Urumqi using four-phase traffic demand model, expatiates on the scheme about the input and output of the model as well as the calibration of relative parameters in detail, and analyzes its application combining with a practical case.
