金粟兰酊湿敷配合TDP照射治疗带状疱疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察金粟兰酊在带状疱疹患者治疗中的作用。方法将患者92例随机平分为两组,均同时使用复方甘草酸苷注射液、维生素C、维生素B12静脉治疗的基础上,治疗组患者皮损处用金粟兰酊湿敷加TDP照射20 min,对照组采用3%的硼酸溶液湿敷20 min。结果观察组患者在治疗有效率、止疱时间、止痛时间、结痂时间、皮损痊愈时间、是否留有后遗神经痛等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金粟兰酊湿敷配合TDP照射可显著缩短带状疱疹患者病程、减少或减轻后遗神经痛的发生。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of herpes zoster by combination chloranthus tincture hydropathic compress and TDP irradiation Methods： 46 patients in Guangdong province traditional Chinese medicine hospital were collected in the observation group. 28 cases in Chongqing traditional Chinese medicine hospital were brought into the control group. In the 2 groups, the basic treatments included ntravenous therapy glycosides compound glycyrrhizin injection, vitamin C and vitamin BI2. Observation group was remedied with chloranthus tincture hydropathic compress and TDP irradiation for 20 minutes. Control group was remedied with 3% of the boric acid solution wet for 20 minutes. Results： In the observation group, these indicators were better than those in control group significantly including the treatment efficient, check blister time, analgesic time, scab oer time,lesion healing time,whether to leave after heritage neuralgia （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Combination chloranthus tincture hydropathic compress and TDP irradiation can significantly shorten the course of herpes zoster patients,reduce or mitigate neuralgia after the occurrence.
