丹参、黄芪治疗妊娠高血压综合征90例临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨丹参、黄芪治疗妊娠高血压疾病的临床效果。方法:选取的90例妊娠高血压综合征患者作为研究对象,按照数字抽签法将其随机分为研究组与对照组各45例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予丹参、黄芪治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率为88.9%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组剖宫产、产后出血、新生儿窒息及胎心异常等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用丹参、黄芪治疗妊高症可以切实缓解产妇病症,改善母婴预后,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To analyze application of salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus membranaceus in pregnancy-induced hypertension disease diagnosis and treatment effect. Methods ： 9o cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome was selected as the research object, according to the digital lottery method were randomly divided into research group and the control group, 45 cases in each group, control group given conventional treatment of western medicine, the team in the control group in the treatment of salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus membranaceus was given on the basis of comparing two groups of therapeutic effect. Results： The total effective rate was 88.9% group, control group total effective rate was 73.3%, the team the treatment effect is better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Team cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia and incidence of complications such as cardiac anomalies significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Using salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus treatment can effectively alleviate maternal condition, improve maternal and infant prognosis, the effect is remarkable.
