摘  要:在压延阳极制造新技术的基础上,对原有镀铬阳极板的结构进行了优化和改进,规范了镀铬阳极制作技术标准。改进后的新型铅-锡合金阳极棒,电镀时电力线分布均匀,改善了镀液的分散能力;阳极泥渣量极少,减轻了对镀液的污染,镀层表面质量得到了显著提高。使用寿命从普通极板的1年左右提高到3年以上。具有良好的导电性能,节电约5%。Based on new technology of rolling anode manufacturing, the structure of original anode plate of chromium plating was optimized and improved, technical standard of the anode manufacturing was standardized. After the new improved Pb-Sn anode was used , power line distribution was more even, throwing power was better, anode sludge was less, bath contamination was reduced, coating surface quality was improved significantly, anode service life was extend over three times compared with that of the original ,conductivity was good and energy saving was about 5%.
