摘 要:电镀废水中污染物成分复杂,单一的处理方式效果较差。以一个电镀废水处理工程项目为例,介绍了综合治理方案的流程。针对水质、水量变化较大的特点,对污水进行分类收集,预处理,然后混合进行深度处理。通过经济成本分析发现,在提高处理效果的同时并没有增加运行成本。这种多工艺单元综合处理方案在解决电镀废水处理方面有极强的优势。Single treatment scheme for electroplating wastewater pollutant composition in electroplating wastewater. In this paper, has poor effect due to the complexity of taking an electroplating wastewater treatment project as example, the process of comprehensive treatment scheme was introduced. For the characteristic of large changes of water quality and water quantity, classification of wastewater collection, pretreatment and then mixing depth treatment were included in this process. Through economic cost analysis it was found that the comprehensive treatment scheme could improve the treatment effect while operating cost was not increased. So, this multi-process unit integrated treatment scheme has strong advantages in electroplating wastewater treatment.
