摘　　要：随着我国中医药事业的快速发展,中药在诸多疾病的应用治疗上成果斐然,但不可否认的是,治疗过程中不断出现的毒副作用也是不容忽视的.众所周知,肝脏是机体内负责能量合成和物质代谢的中心器官,特别容易受到药物的损害,成为药源性组织损伤的主要靶器官之一.近年来,其作用机制研究取得了较大的进展,主要包括中药对肝脏细胞的直接损伤、氧化损伤、代谢损伤等.通过查阅相关文献,总结了中药致肝毒性的作用机制及其研究的思路和方法,以期为临床上中药的应用以及其作为保健品的开发,提供可靠的借鉴及依据.With the rapid development of Chinese pharmaceutical industry , and many impres-sive results were received owing to the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of treatment.However, it is undeniable that the side effects of treatment are appearing con-tinually .As we known , the liver is the body ’ s central organ being responsible for energy synthesis and metabolism .It is especially easy to get the harm of drugs , and become one of the main target organs of drug -induced tissue damage .Recently, great progress has been made in the researches of its action mechanism , including direct damaging to the liver cells , oxidative damage , and metabolic injury .This paper summarized the research ideas and methods of traditional Chinese medicine -induced liver toxicity and action mechanism on the basis of the relevant literatures .It could provide reliable reference and basis for the clinical applications of Chinese medicine as well as the development of health care products .
