摘 要:针对经皮给药技术中药液体积分数的检测要求,提出了基于光谱吸收法的药液体积分数检测方法.通过光源、耦合器、分析池、光纤光谱仪及光功率计等搭建光路.根据朗伯-比尔定律,锁定药液在某一波长处的吸收峰,根据吸收峰处光强变化与药液体积分数成比例的关系,检测出药液体积分数的变化.同时利用光功率计直接检测光信号经过分析池的光强度,寻找光强度与药液体积分数之间的关系.该检测方法具有灵敏度高,响应速度快,可实时监测等优点,在经皮给药技术中作为药液体积分数实时检测具有较深远的临床应用前景.The transdermal drug delivery technology of medicine liquid concentration detec-tion method is based on spectral absorption .The system was composed by light source , cou-pler and pool analysis of fiber optic spectrometer , optical power meter and optical system . According to Lambert-Beer law, liquid absorption peak was locked at some wavelength .The concentration of medicine liquid was detected based on proportional changes relationship be -tween absorption peak intensity and concentration .At the same time , the relationship be-tween light intensity and the concentration of the medicine liquid concentration was looked for using the optical power meter directs the optical signal through the optical intensity analysis pool .The detection method has the advantages of high sensitivity , fast response speed ,real-time monitoring and other advantages in transdermal drug delivery technology , and the real-time detection of liquid concentration with clinical application is profound .
