雷公藤角斑病菌的室内毒力测定及病害空间分布格局研究

摘　　要：用8种真菌杀菌剂防治雷公藤角斑病,室内孢子毒力试验表明:孢子萌发抑制效果以75%百菌清可湿性粉剂最好,EC50=0.49mg·L-1,EC=0.78mg·L-1,其次是25%腐霉利可湿性粉剂,80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂。浓度70mg·L-1嘧霉胺及100mg·L-1的异菌脲、甲基硫菌灵、三唑酮对分生孢子萌发的抑制率均小于10%。通过聚集度指标法的测定、Iwao的回归分析法和Taylor的幂法则对雷公藤角斑病的空间分布格局进行研究,结果表明,雷公藤角斑病病株在林间为均匀分布。Efficacy of 8 fungicides was examined in vitro on the germination of Pseudocercospra elaeodendri .The best effect of the fungicides was the 75% mass fraction chlorothalonil WP with EC50 =0.49 mg·L ^-2 ,EC= 0.78 mg·L ^-2 ,followed by the 25% mass fraction procymidone thiram WP ,and then ,the 80% mass fraction mancozeb WP .Spore germination inhibition rates of 〈 10% were found for pyrimethanil （70 mg·L^ -2 ） ,iprodione （100 mg·L^ -1 ） ,thiophanate-metlyl （100 mg·L^-1 ） and tradimefon （100 mg·L^ -1 ） after 7 h incubation .Based on the aggregation indices ,Iwao′s regression and Taylor′s power law ,the spatial distribution pattern of the angular leaf spot of Tripterygium wilfordii was found to be uniform in the area′s forests .
