摘　　要：来华留学生教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分之一,对来华留学生跨文化管理中的问题进行研究具有指导实践与理论创新的现实需要。采用比较文献研究方法。基于对文化差异分析的基础上,客观的评析了留学生的跨文化适应情况,并提出了学校机构支持、教师学术支持和学生多样化团体支持的三维跨文化管理模式,旨在进一步促进我国的教育事业全面发展。Education of overseas students plays an essential role in Higher education in China .Thus,the study of intercultur-al management of overseas students in China seems and meaningful both practically and theoretically .This paper,based on cultural differences ,applies the contrastive approach of literature review to evaluate the intercultural adaptation of oversea students,and then a management mode of three dimensions of support is then put forward ,such as school,academy,and group,in order to boost the prosperity of higher education in our country .
