摘　　要：运用层次分析模型的方法,以石家庄市电子信息产业的竞争力为研究对象,与深圳市和上海市进行了比较,分析了三个城市的信息产业在产业需求、产业基础与发展环境和产业创新力与潜力三个方面的不同和差距,建立了信息产业竞争力的层次分析模型,然后使用数学的方法逐层分析,对三个城市信息产业的各个方面进行了比较。以此为据,客观评价了当前石家庄市电子信息产业竞争力水平,剖析其发展存在的问题,并提出有针对性的产业发展对策。Based on the self-evaluation of Shijiazhuang , we compare it with Shanghai and Shenzhen ,then use the way of Analytic Hierarchy Process （ AHP） to analyze the Competitiveness of information industry , which include indus-trial demand , industrial innovation capacity and potential , and industrial innovation capacity and potential .Then we analyze it layer by layer , compare the Competitiveness of information industry in various aspects .Based on it , we found the questions of evolution , put forward the development plan .
