能源消费视角下经济增长的研究——基于昆明市调研数据的实证分析

摘　　要：文章打破传统的研究思路,从能源消费角度分析了昆明市经济增长的问题,通过借助面板数据混合回归的方法,将主观因素即政策支撑程度与居民容忍度引入分析中。回归分析得出,脑力劳动的投入增加将会提高昆明市低碳经济发展的水平。政府政策、居民容忍度都对低碳经济的发展起着非常关键的导向作用。最后,在研究的基础之上,分别从脑力劳动投入、政府企业政策制定、相关法律制定以及居民低碳意识培养等五个方面提出了建议。This paper breaks the traditional research train of thoughts , and analyzes the Kunming city problems of e-conomic growth in the view of energy consumption .By the panel data regression method , the article introduces the subjective factors , namely the degree of policy supports and residents ’ tolerance .This is the focus of the analysis in this paper .Through regression analysis , more and more mental labor increase will raise the level of Kunming city low-carbon economic development .Government policy and the residents ’ tolerance play a very important key and guiding role in low-carbon economy development .Therefore , on the basis of research results , we put forward some significant suggestions respectively on the mental labor input , the government and enterprises policy , relevant laws and the residents ’ awareness of low-carbon culture .
