摘  要:分析了目前气体绝缘金属封闭式开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)放电定位装置在工频耐压击穿和雷电冲击耐压试验中存在的问题,在超声波检测定位原理的基础上,研制了一套基于无线传输的多通道超声波放电定位系统。该系统通过采用多通道自适放大技术、对数放大信号触发技术以及多通道无线通信技术,有针对性地弥补了现有GIS超声定位系统存在的不足,提高了系统灵活性和可扩展性。利用ZF10-126型GIS平台,放置导体尖刺模型,进行了工频耐压击穿和雷电冲击耐压试验,试验结果表明该系统可实现GIS放电信号的实时检测和缺陷准确定位。该系统可有效解决耐压试验中的缺陷定位问题,保障电网安全。This paper analyzes existing problems of present gas insulated switchgear discharge positioning device in power fre-quency withstand voltage breakdown and lightning surge withstand voltage experiments.On the basis of ultrasound detecting and positioning principle,it introduces development of a set of multi-channel ultrasound discharge positioning system on ac-count of wireless transmission.This system applies multi-channel adaptive amplification technology,log amplification signal trigger technology and multi-channel wireless communication technology to make up existing shortages of present GIS ultra-sound positioning system and improve flexibility and extensibility of the system.By using ZF1 0-1 26 typed GIS platform and placing conductor spike model,it is able to conduct power frequency withstand voltage breakdown and lightning surge with-stand voltage experiments.Result indicates that this system is useful to realize real-time detection for GIS partial discharge signals and correct positioning for defects as well as it is feasible to solve problem of defect positioning in withstand voltage experiments and ensure power grid safety.
