摘　　要：目的:了解冠心病患者自我管理水平并分析其影响因素,为冠心病的二级预防提供理论依据。方法:采用冠心病患者自我管理问卷对160例患者的自我管理水平进行调查,并与人口学资料、疾病相关情况进行相关分析。结果:冠心病患者自我管理总分为(69.65±11.83)分,总体呈中等水平,其影响因素主要有文化程度、个人月均收入、医疗付费方式及健康教育等。结论:冠心病患者自我管理水平不理想,其影响因素是多方面的,应对患者进行针对性综合干预。Objective：To investigate the self-management level and analyze the influencing factors of patients with coronary heart dis-ease（ CHD）in order to provide a theoretical basis for the secondary prevention of CHD. Methods：The self-management questionnaire was used to make an investigation on the self-management level of 160 patients with CHD and the related data were analyzed. Results：The to-tal score of self-management of patients with CHD was 69. 65 ± 11. 83 points and it was in a moderate level. The main influencing fac-tors included the educational level,personal monthly income,medical payment form and health education level. Conclusion：The compre-hensive intervention should be given to the patients with CHD because of the unsatisfactory self-management level.
