摘　　要：大力发展多层次资本市场,是我国当前经济结构调整的需要,也是我国资本市场自身建设的目标,首先阐述了我国发展多层次资本市场的现实意义,然后分析了我国多层次资本市场的发展现状及存在的问题,最后对我国多层次资本市场建设提出了对策与展望,以为研究我国多层次资本市场发展提供借鉴。Making great efforts to develop the multi-level capital market is the need to the current eco nomic structure adjustment in China. And at the same time it is the goal of the self-construction of China＇s capital market. This paper firstly discusses the practical significance and then analyzes the existing problems in the present situation to develop multi-level capital market in China. Finally it puts forward methods and prospects for the construction of multi-level capital market in China in order to provide reference for the study of multi-level capital market development.
