摘  要:在分析绿色建材认证的评价方法基础上,分析现有的单因子及复合因子评价法、国际上通用的全生命周期(LCA)评价法,对比二者的优势及不足,提出单因子法与LCA相结合的评价体系,制定评价体系总体框架,明确绿色建材的评价方法。指出从提高评价体系的可操作性简化评价流程,并强调评价体系应适应我国科技发展水平的动态性,为我国绿色建筑材料的评价工作提供参考。According to the analysis on the assessment method of green building material authentication, the single factor assessment method, composite factor assessment method and life cycle assessment method (LCA) are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared. The combined assessment system of single factor assessment method and LCA assessment method is proposed, the overall framework of the assessment system is developed and assessment methods of green building material are determined. It's pointed out that the assessment process can be simplified by improving the feasibility of assessment system. And it's stressed that assessment system should be adapted to the technological development level. It can offer some references for similar projects.
