摘　　要：该文对当前重庆乃至夏热冬冷地区的民用建筑保温工程质量常见问题作了具体分析,提出了相应的控制和防治措施。The common quality problems in building thermal project in Chongqing even areas with hot summer and chilly winter are analyzed and rele-vant control, prevention and treatment measures are presented.
