摘　　要：针对新项目发动机SOP阶段装配线安装气门时,发生气门油封脱落现象故障率较高的情况,通过人机料法环分析得出气门油封脱落的主要原因,并根据分析的结果对油封结构进行优化改进,最后在发动机生产实践验证改进的正确性。The assembly line of engine SOP stage of new project installation of valve, valve oil seal off phenomenon occurred failure rate is high, the human material ring analysis showed that the main reason of the valve stem seal off, and according to the results of the analysis on the seal structure is optimized and improved, finally the correctness of engine production practice results show improved.
