摘  要:随着数控加工技术的日益普及和不断发展,CAD/CAM软件的不断更新,加工各类曲面或复杂形面一直是多轴数控机床在编程及应用中的一项的关键技术。UG作为一款高端的CAD/CAM软件,在实际加工中有着广泛的应用。通过UGNX4.0的自动编程方式,在TK42200数控龙门铣镗床上加工"支撑梁"两端勾头的加工方案,该方案对其它复合形面的加工也有借鉴意义。With NC machining technology popularization and the development, the CAD/CAM software is constantly being updated, processing all types of surface and complex surface has been a multi axis NC machine tool in the programming and application of akey technology. UG as a high-end CAD/CAM software, is widely applied in the actual processing. UGNX4.0 through the automatic programming, processing "processingscheme supporting beam ends" hook in TK42200 NC Longrnen boring and milling machine, the program also has the model significance to other complex surface machining.
