摘 要:以邻甲苯胺单体为原料、过硫酸铵为氧化剂,加入质量分数为0.0%、7.5%和14.9%的纳米TiO2,采用原位聚合法制备了聚邻甲苯胺均聚物以及聚邻甲苯胺/纳米TiO2复合物,利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、紫外–可见光谱和X射线衍射对其进行了结构表征。采用该复合物、聚邻甲苯胺和聚苯胺为填充物,以3%和5%的用量添加到环氧树脂(EP)/聚酰胺固化剂体系中,在碳钢表面制备了不同环氧涂层,测试了涂层的力学性能,发现上述填充物具有增强环氧涂层对腐蚀介质的阻隔的性能,其中含5%聚苯胺、5%聚邻甲苯胺、5%聚邻甲苯胺/TiO2(质量分数7.5%)复合物和3%聚邻甲苯胺/TiO2(质量分数14.9%)复合物的环氧涂层的力学性能较佳。通过极化曲线和交流阻抗谱对比研究了该4种环氧涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,含5%聚邻甲苯胺/TiO2(质量分数7.5%)复合物的环氧涂层具有最佳的耐蚀性。Poly-o-toluidine homopolymer and poly- o-toluidine/nano-TiO2 composites were synthesized by in-situ polymerization with o-toluidine monomer as raw material and ammonium persulfate as oxidant and dosing 0.0wt%, 7.5wt%, or 14.9wt% nano-TiO2, and then characterized by scanning electron microscopy, 1R spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. Various coatings were prepared on the surface of carbon steel by adding 3wt% and 5wt% of poly-o-toluidine/ nano-TiO2 composites, poly-o-toluidine, or polyaniline as fillers to epoxy/polyamide curing agent system, and their mechanical properties were tested. It was found that all the fillers can enhance the barrier property of epoxy coating in corrosive media, and the epoxy coatings containing 5wt% polyaniline, 5wt% poly-o-toluidine, 5% poly-o-toluidine/ nano-TiO2(7.5wt%) composite, and 3% poly-o-toluidine/ nano-TiO2(14.9wt%) composite have good mechanical properties. The corrosion resistance of the said four epoxy coatings in 3.5% NaCl solution was comparatively studied by polarization curve measurement and AC impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that the epoxy coating containing 5% poly-o-toluidine/ TiO2(7.5wt%) composite has the best corrosion resistance.
