摘  要:起重机臂架是履带式起重机的关键部件,具有高强度、高塑性、良好的韧性和焊接性能,目前我国起重机臂架用高强度钢管主要依赖进口。以S890热轧无缝钢管为研究对象,分析加热温度对原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸和淬火硬度的影响,以及回火温度对组织和硬度的影响,最后确定调质工艺为:加热温度(930±20)℃,回火温度(620±10)℃。调质处理后材料的性能满足使用要求,并且具有大的屈强比,高的横纵比。Crane boom is a key part of crawler crane, with high strength, high plasticity, good toughness and weldability. But at present high strength seamless steel tube for crane boom mainly relies on import in our country. As the object of study, S890 hot rolling seamless steel tube was investigated. After analyzing the influence of heating temperature on the original austenite grains and quenching hardness as well as the effect of tempering temperature on microstructure and hardness, the quenching and tempering process was determined as follows: heating temperature was (930 ± 20)℃, tempering temperature was (620 ± 10)℃. Material performance after treatment fully met the requirements and also had high yield ratio and high impact properties of the transverse and longitudinal ratio.
