摘　　要：针对国内某1 700 mm热轧工艺设备配置及自动化装备方面存在的问题,对生产线进行了全线系统诊断及整体现代化改造。通过前后两期的改造,使生产工艺和装备更加合理,提高了热轧厂的产品质量精度,扩大了轧制的规格品种,增强了产品竞争力。For the existing problems in the configuration and automation equipment aspects of a 1 700 mm hot strip rolling mill, the system diagnostics and overall modernization for the production line were performed. Through two periods of transformation, the production technology and equipment was more reasonable, the product quality prevision of hot rolling mill was improved, the rolling varieties was expanded, and the product competitiveness was enhanced.
