摘　　要：目前高校学报存在着办刊模式单一、专业特色不明显等问题,严重影响了自身的生存和发展。为此,高校学报的编辑应树立强烈的创新意识,发挥学科优势,加强自身队伍建设,同时采取切实可行的办法尽快提高刊物的他引率。Current problems of the uni development model and lack of specialty features are affecting the survival and development of college journals. In order to solve these problems, it is suggested that editors should bear in mind the consciousness of innovations, give full play to their disciplinary advantages, improve their own professionalism and take practical measures to increase the cited rate of the journals.
