评估Mammotome微创旋切系统在乳腺疾病的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察超声引导下采用麦默通微创旋切系统切除女性乳腺肿块的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院超声引导下进行麦默通微创旋切术的147例乳腺肿块患者,搜集其相关临床资料,包括患者手术进展相关指标,术后病理检测,患者术后并发症的发生情况,以评估麦默通微创旋切系统对于女性乳腺肿块切除的效果。结果本次研究中手术时间(16±5.3)min,出血量(6±3.4)mL,皮肤切口(3～6)mm;术后未出现严重的并发症,出现血肿的患者7例(4.8%),皮下瘀血5例(3.4%),皮肤破损2例(1.4%),局部病灶残留1例(0.68%);术后病理检测病灶总数302处,其中纤维腺瘤占多数(74.5%),13例中重度不典型增生随后进行相关检查和治疗。术后乳房外观美容效果满意。结论应用麦默通的微创旋切手术对乳腺肿块患者进行病灶切除术中操作简单安全,效果良好,组织损伤小,乳房外形美观,值得推广。Objective observe the clinical effect of Mammotome minimally invasive system to remove breast lumps.Methods 147 breast lumps patients were operated by MaiMoTong minimally invasive system to remove breast lumps guided by ultrasonic and evaluate the effect of Mammotome minimally invasive system on breast lumps excision retrospectively.Results The duration of the operation and the bleeding volume of patients were（16±5.3）min and （6±3.4）ml.No serious complications occurred among them,the cases of hematoma, subcutaneous ecchymosis and skin damage were Respectively 7 cases （4.8%）,5 cases（3.4%） and 2 cases（1.4%）;postoperative pathological detection showed fibroadenoma majority 225 cases（74.5%）, moderately severe atypical hyperplasia had 13 cases（4.3%）.Conclusion Breast lumps operation by Mammotome minimally invasive surgery is simple and safe,no serious complications with good effect.
