摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析患者股静脉置管护理要素对其相关感染的影响。方法回顾性分析我科自2011年1月～2011年12月的86例行股静脉置管术的血液透析患者资料。结果回顾性分析显示通过积极的临床预防和护理实践,取得了较满意的效果。结论股静脉置管技术具有手术操作简便、保证血流量充足、患者痛苦减轻,减少血管损伤、提高内瘘手术成功率等优点,但导管感染是股静脉置管最常见的并发症。采取有效的临床护理预防措施对于减少股静脉置管术感染的机会大有裨益。Objective Explore the femoral vein catheter in hemodialysis patients effect of nursing factors on its associated infections.Methods 86 Routine of femoral vein catheter in hemodialysis patients were retrospective analyzed.Results Retrospective analysis has shown through active prevention and clinical nursing practice, achieved a more satisfactory results.Conclusion Femoral venous catheter techniques to hemodialysis patients bring a lot of convenience and benefits, such as security, adequate blood flow, easy operation, suffering small, reduce vascular injury improving internal fistula surgery success rates, and other advantages, but catheter-related infections are the most common complication of femoral vein catheterization. Effective clinical nursing and prevention measures to reduce the chances of femoral vein catheter infection a boon.
