摘  要:目的:建立深裂竹根七多糖含量测定的方法.方法:选用D-葡萄糖为对照品,4%的蒽酮浓硫酸为显色剂,用分光光度法在626 nm处进行深裂竹根七多糖含量测定.结果:D-葡萄糖回归方程为y=9.101 9x+0.0441,在0.010 8~0.097 2 g/L浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2 =0.999 3),深裂竹根七中多糖的平均回收率为97.65% (RSD =2.360%,n=6),重现性好(RSD =2.2%,n=5),精密度高(RSD=0.02%,n=5).结论:紫外分光光度法可简便、灵敏和准确检测深裂竹根七多糖的含量,可以作为该药材的质量控制方法.Objective: To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharide in Disporopsis pernyi. Methods: Polysaccharide content in Disporopsis pernyi was determined with UV-visible spectro- photomety at 626 nm used D-glucose as control sample, 4% of anthrone-sulfuric acid as chromogenic agent. Results: The regression equation of D-glucose was y -- 9. 101 9x ± 0.044 1,. the linear rang of the method was 0.010 8 ±0.097 2 g/L (r2 =0. 999 3), The average recovery was 97.65% ( RSD = 2. 360%, n = 6 ), with good repeatability ( RSD = 2.2%, n = 5 ) and high precision ( RSD = 0. 02% ,n =5). Conclusions: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used to de- termine the polysaccharide content and control the quality of Disporopsis pernyi.
