摘　　要：当前煤炭的高效生产方式都采用的是综采设备,在进行开采的过程中需要喷水雾降尘与控制设备的高温;在煤炭的深加工过程中需要用水洗选矿,用水量大。这些因素使得煤炭中含水量多。北方地区冬季天气非常寒冷,煤炭中所含有的水分会使煤炭在运输过程中出现冻结,带来诸多问题,并产生相应后果。介绍了一种煤矿冬季运煤列车装车喷洒防冻液系统的设计与实践。The current efficiency of coal production mode is fully mechanized equipment, it needs to spray fog to dust and control high temperature of device in the process of mining; it needs to wash with water for beneficiation in coal deep dressing process, water consumption is big. These factors make more water content in coal. The weather is very cold in winter in northern area, water content of coal makes the coal freeze in the process of transportation, it brings many problems, and generates the corresponding consequences.The paper introduces the design and practice of coal train spraying antifreeze system during winter.
