摘  要:以R2O-ZnO-Al2O3-SiO2-B2O3体系玻璃为粘结剂,空心玻璃微珠为载体,240#SiC为磨料,稀释水玻璃为润湿粘结剂,采用滚球法制备了球形空心堆积SiC磨料。研究了粘结剂性质、润湿粘结剂用量和玻璃质粘结剂含量等对堆积磨料制备、形貌和结构的影响,并考察了用其制备的砂带的磨削性能。结果表明:玻璃质粘结剂量为5wt%,750℃温度下烧结,粘结剂产生的液相能对SiC磨料进行包裹和产生较强的粘结力。润湿粘结剂量为242 mL/kg干物料时,堆积磨料粒径在1.0~1.4 mm范围内成球率达到最大值为95%。空心球堆积SiC磨料砂带240#最大磨削比为71∶1,标准材料切除率ZˊW为0.89 mm3/mm·s。Using R2O-ZnO-Al2O3-SiO2-B2O3glass system as a binder,hollow glass beads as the carrier,240 # SiC as abrasive,dilution water glass as wetting binder agent,spherical hollow stacked SiC abrasive was prepared by snowball method.The influences of the properties of the binder,the dosage of temporary binder and glassy binder etc on the preparation,morphology and structure were studied,then inspected the grinding performance of stacked SiC abrasive.The results show that the glassy binder is 5wt%,sintering tempreture is 750 ℃,which can make glassy binder produce more liquid phase to parcel SiC abrasive and process a stronger bond.When the dose of temporary wetting binder is per kg of dry material per 242 mL,the rate of size of stacked SiC abrasive in the range of 1.0-1.4 mm into a balls the maximum value reaches 95%.The maximum grinding ratio of the spherical hollow stacked SiC abrasive belt 240# is71∶ 1,the standard material removal rate is 0.89 mm3/mm·s.
