摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锰锌铁氧体Mn0.3Zn0.7Fe2O4,确定了适用于锰锌铁氧体制备的工艺条件,并利用XRD、SEM、TG-DSC和网络分析仪等对样品进行了表征。结果表明:溶液pH值约为7.0,柠檬酸与金属离子的摩尔比为1∶1,煅烧温度为1050℃,煅烧时间为3 h时,所制得的Mn0.3Zn0.7Fe2O4铁氧体呈现单一的锰锌铁氧体相,颗粒尺寸约为160 nm,并且分布均匀。制得的Mn0.3Zn0.7Fe2O4铁氧体兼具介电损耗能力和磁损耗能力,并且在12.5~15 GHz频率范围内反射损耗均达到了-10 dB,表现出良好的微波吸收性能。Mn-Zn ferrite Mn0.3Zn0.7Fe2O4was prepared by sol-gel/combustion process,and the preparation conditions were investigated.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,TG-DSC,Network analyzer,and so on.The results showed that the pure Mn-Zn ferrite with a uniform particle size of about 160 nm could be formed when pH value was around 7.0,the mole ratio of citrate and metal salt was 1∶ 1,the calcining temperature was 1050 ℃,and the calcining time was 3 h.The as-prepared Mn0.3Zn0.7Fe2O4ferrite performed both the dielectric loss properties and magnetic loss properties.It showed excellent microwave absorption properties with the reflection loss less than-10 dB in the frequency range of 12.5-15 GHz.
