层状氢氧化镁铝的合成及其对生物柴油中游离脂肪酸吸附的研究

摘　　要：在水热条件下,用硫酸镁、硫酸铝、氢氧化钠和纯碱按照一定的比例制备层状氢氧化镁铝,并利用XRD、热重分析仪、红外光谱、扫描电镜等手段分析表征样品,研究了层状氢氧化镁铝在不同温度下的焙烧产物对生物柴油中游离脂肪酸的吸附性能。结果表明:制得的层状氢氧化镁铝对游离脂肪酸的吸附性能良好,在焙烧500℃的条件下吸附量可达到663 mg/g,并且可以焙烧再生。Layered magnesium hydroxide aluminum was prepared with magnesium sulfate,aluminum sulfate,sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate in accordance with a certain proportion under hydrothermal conditions.The sample were characterized by XRD,TG,IR and SEM.Adsorption of free fatty acids（FFAs） from biodiesel onto layered magnesium hydroxide aluminum has been systematically investigated.The results proves that layered magnesium hydroxide aluminum is an effective adsorbent to removal FFAs from biodiesel with adsorbance 663 mg/g after calcined at 500 ℃,and can be regenerated by thermal decomposition.
