摘 要:设计了空调压缩机前盖挤压铸造模具,并进行了模拟分析。计算了挤压力、脱模力和顶件力、合模力、浇道尺寸。沿制件截面最大处和侧抽芯孔的中心部位确定分型面。溢流槽采用梯形结构。为加速气体的排出,在溢流槽后部连接排气道,并设置了排气块。采用斜销-导板式抽芯机构。冷却孔道中心线与型腔表面的距离,为冷却孔道直径的1~2倍;冷却孔道间的中心距,为冷却孔道直径的3~5倍。浇注系统满足了顺序凝固原则,制件在凝固过程中可得到良好的补缩,避免了缩孔、缩松产生。The squeeze casting mould design of the air conditioning compressor cover and its simulation analysis were carried out.The parameters were calculated including extrusion pressure,demoulding force,ejecting force,clamping force and runner size.The main parting surface was determined based on center part of the side-core holes and the workpiece maximum cross section.The overflow slot with ladder structure was adopted.To accelerate exhaustion,exhausted channel was connected at the overflow slot,and the exhausted block was set.The angle pin and plate type core pulling mechanism was considered.The distance of cooling channel center line and the cavity surface is 1~2times of the cooling channel diameter.The center distance between the cooling channels is 3~5times of the cooling channel diameter.Gating system meet the requirement of the sequential solidification principle,and the parts can be feed smoothly during solidification,avoiding the shrinkage porosity(holes).
