摘　　要：目的：探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术后输尿管狭窄的原因及其预防和处理。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年1月~2012年12月期间对635例输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的临床资料,总结输尿管镜碎石术后发生输尿管狭窄的特点及处理方法。结果：术后出现输尿管狭窄26例（4.09%）;其中输尿管完全闭锁11例（1.73%）。结论：钬激光碎石对输尿管有损伤作用,可导致输尿管狭窄,尤其对嵌顿性结石要注意操作技巧和术后正确的预防及随访。Objective：To study the causes and prevention of the ureteral stricture after ureteroscopic holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy.Method：From January 2009to December 2012,635patients of ureteral stones underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy using holmium;YAG laser in our hospital.The clinical data were retrospectively analysed.Result：There were 26cases（4.09%）who suffered from ureteral stricture after holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy,including 11cases（1.73%）of ureteral atresia.Conclusion：Holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy can do damage to ureter and induce ureteral stricture,especially in those patients with impacted stone.Thus,surgical techniques,postoperative prevention and follow-up plan should be paid attention to.
