摘　　要：阐述了MSJS-A棉纱蒸纱加湿机设计的主要技术参数和主要部件的设计及结构特点。论述了棉纱蒸纱加湿机机械系统的特点，研发了棉纱自动扣湿闭环控制系统。采用称重、水分传感器对需要热蒸加湿的棉纱进行了加湿量测量试验，试验结果表明称重传感器比水分传感器测量的棉纱湿度加湿量误差小，棉纱加湿控制系统和棉纱加湿机械系统能够满足棉纱蒸纱的工艺要求。This paper expounds the major technical parameters and the main structure characteristics for the design of MSJS-A Cotton Yarn Steaming Humidifying Conditioning Machine, and discusses its characteristics of its mechanical system. The closed loop control system of automatic humidification for cotton yarn has been developed. By means of the weighing and moisture sensors to measure the humidifying volume of hot steaming humidifying cotton yarn, the results show that the humidifying volume error of cotton yarn humidity by weighing sensors is less than that by moisture sensor, and both of control system and mechanical system for cotton yarn humidifying can meet the process requirement.
