摘　　要：中国加入WTO后,市场开放度不断扩大,信息化时代的来临,为了适应国际化发展的要求,物流业需要更加科学、合理的法律政策环境。我国物流业法制建设已经取得了较大的进步,但仍旧需要从根本上改善物流业的法律环境,为物流业在国际上的更好发展奠定良好的法律基础。After China＇s accession to the WTO,opening market continues to expand, the advent of the information age, in order to adapt to the international development, the logistics industry needs the legal policyenvimnment more scientific, reasonable. The logistics industry of our country legal system construction has made great progress, but still need to improve the legal environment of the logistics industryfundamentally, and establish the good legal foundation for the logisticsindustry in the wt^rld hatter develonment.
