摘　　要：港口作为全球综合运输网络的节点,近年来其功能不断拓宽,在现代物流的发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。文中介绍了港口物流的研究背景,分析了港口物流的四种常规模式,探讨了新型的多功能化电子商务模式,并以辽宁港口为例研究了中小港口协同竞争模式。文中体现了港口物流的重要战略地位及其广阔的发展前景,具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。As a node of the global integrated transport network, the function of port is expanded and plays a more and more important role in the development of modem logistics in recent years. The paper introduced the research background of port logistics,analyzed four kinds of conventional mode of port logistics, discussed the novel multifunctional electronic commerce mode, and took Liaoning port as an example to study the competition and cooperation mode of port logistics. The paper shows the important strategic status and broad development prospects of port logistics. It has the certain theory significance and practical significance.
