摘　　要：当前贵州省铁路货运面临改革时机,引入第三方物流(TPL)概念发展铁路货场能够帮助铁路企业尽快构建自己核心竞争力,文中根据贵州省的实际情况分析了贵州铁路货场发展第三方物流的优势,总结了当前贵州铁路物流面临的发展机会,梳理了贵州铁路物流的问题所在,提出了发展第三方物流的可行性。Timing,reforming the current railway freight transportation in guizhou province, introduced a concept of third - party logistics（TPL） development of railway freight yard can help rail companies to build their core competitive power as soon as possible,according to the actual situation in guizhou province, this article has analyzed the Guizhou railway freight yard development of third - party logistics advantages according to the actual situation of Guizhou Province, summarized the current development opportunities of Guizhou railway logistics facing, combing the Guizhou railway logistics problems place, put forward the development of the third - party logistics.
