摘　　要：基于国内外对融资物流的研究成果,文中主要对融资物流风险防范进行研究。首先,阐述了文中研究的背景、目的和意义,进而对融资物流的概念进行了界定,并综述了融资物流的研究发展现状,为该研究的展开奠定了根基。其然后根据融资物流面临的各种风险,构建了融资物流风险防范策略。最后,在文中的理论框架下,重点结合ZHSD物流有限公司实际运作情况,开展了相关实证研究。The financing at home and abroad based on the research of logistics, this paper mainly study of logistics financing risk prevention. First of all, the paper expounds the research background, purpose and significance, and then to define the concept of financing logistics, and summarizes the research and development status quo of financing logistics, laid the foundation for expansion of the research. It then according to the various risks facing the financing logistics, build the logistics finance risk prevention strategy. Finally,under the theoretical framework of this paper, the key combination ZHSD logistics co. , Ltd. , the actual operation situation, carry out the related empirical studies.
