现代医药物流中心零货BC品拣选区优化研究

摘　　要：医药物流企业订单条目的大幅增加对传统的纸单零货拣选模式和WMS零货拣选模式带来了很大的压力,文中在采用更适合零货BC品拣选的拣选台车作业模式的基础上,采用"贯穿式策略的边走边拣系统"算法,得出医药物流中心零货BC品拆零小区应按照尽量长而多的原则来进行设计,且不同拆零巷道之间应设计快速通道来保证拣选小车不用退回到巷道口来转至下一个巷道,从而达到缩短拣货路径,提高拣货效率,减少拣货差错的目的。Greatly increase of order lists in medicine logistics enterprises brings big pressure to the traditional modes of paper order and WMS for sorting boxes of goods. By using algorithm of ＂walking through strategy of the sorting system＂ based on the working mode of sorting via platforms and carts which is better for sorting boxes of BC goods, this paper draw a conclusion that ： areas of unpacking BC goods to boxes in medicine logistics centers should be designed according to the principle of ＂as long and many/much as possible＂. And express ways should be designed between tunnels of unpacking goods in order to ensure that sorting carts can turn from one tunnel to next without walking back to the opening of first tunnel. So, the shorted sorting paths would help us to reach the goal of improving efficiency and reducing errors of sorting goods.
