摘  要:为优质小麦生产的施肥管理提供参考依据,通过田间试验方法,研究了镧对不同筋型小麦生理指标和产量的影响。结果表明:T1、T2和T3处理,小麦不同生育期叶绿素含量均呈上升趋势;灌浆期SOD活性均不同程度增强,整个生育期中扬麦158增强最明显。T1和T2处理,皖麦33叶片MDA含量较对照变化不明显,而扬麦158和皖麦48叶片MDA含量除个别生育期变化不明显外,与对照相比均呈显著的下降趋势。T1、T2和T3处理,小麦扬花期叶片硝酸还原酶呈上升趋势,且3个品种的T2处理较对照差异显著,皖麦33的产量较对照增加显著(T1除外),扬麦158和皖麦48的产量均较对照增产显著。T1、T2和T3处理,有利于小麦生长和产量的形成,且对不同筋型小麦生理指标和产量的影响存在差异。Effects of lanthanum on physical signs and yield of wheat with different gluten types were studied in field experiment to provide references for fertilization management of high-quality wheat.The results showed that T1,T2 and T3 could increase wheat chlorophyll content.The SOD activity of all treatments were enhanced in different degrees at wheat filling stage,and that of Yangmai158 was obviously increased in the whole developing stage.The MDA content of Wanmai33 leaves in T1 and T2 had no significant change compared with the control,but that of Yangmai158 and Wanmai48 were reduced significantly except no obvious changes in some growth stage.The nitrate reductase activity of wheat leaves of T1,T2 and T3 was improved,and that of T2 was remarkably increased compared with the control.The production of Wanmai33 in T2 and T3 was significantly increased,the yields of Yangmai158 and Wanmai48 were all significantly increased.T1,T2 and T3 were beneficial to wheat growth and yield formation,and the effects of lanthanum on physiological index and yield of wheat with different gluten types were different.
