摘　　要：天水非物质文化遗产资源丰富,在甘肃省华夏文明传承创新区建设中具有十分重要的意义。对天水非物质文化遗产的保护与开发应进行分类指导,按照文化性原则、特色性原则、保护性原则开发。天水非物质文化遗产开发的主要模式有:节庆会展的开发、民众风情旅游开发、非物质文化遗产工艺品开发、非物质文化遗产博物馆建设等。Tianshui is rich in intangible cultural heritage and occupies a very important role in the construction ot Gansu provincial inheritance and innovation area. The protection and development of these resources in Tianshui should be carried out under classified guidance with principles of cultural, local characteristic and protective. The main ways to develop the resources are festivals, folk custom tourism, development of handcrafts and construction of museums.
