摘　　要：文章结合地面及高空气象探测业务现状,基于时间同步技术NTP协议,从系统逻辑架构、技术架构、技术路线、系统功能以及系统创新等方面详细阐述了有线遥测自动气象站及高空探测站时间同步系统的研发与建设过程。Combining with the meteorological observation business status of ground and upper air station, this paper discussed the time synchronization system’s development and construction process of the automatic meteoro logical station and upper-air detection station concerning the logic and technical structure, technical route, the system’s functions and innovation.
