摘　　要：在对我国火灾调查法律体系、火灾原因调查机制现状的分析基础上,对我国在重特大火灾事故成因技术调查方面存在的问题进行了分析和探讨。结合对欧美日等发达国家火灾成因技术调查机制的研究,提出建立符合我国国情的重特大火灾事故成因技术调查机制的建议,并初步构建了重特大火灾事故成因技术调查的基础程序和框架体系。Through the analysis of the legal system and mechanism status of fire investigation in China,problems of major fire accidents causes investigation in China were analyzed and discussed.Combined with the fire cause investigation mechanism in United States,Japan and the other European developed countries,the proposal of the technical investigation mechanism into the causes of major fire disasters in line with Chinese national conditions are proposed and the preliminary technical investigation programs and frame systems are also established.
