摘　　要：介绍了聚乙烯蜡膏状制模工艺流程、工艺参数、制模特点,分析了蜡模尺寸超差、填充困难、表面质量差、起鼓、开裂、缩凹的原因。聚乙烯蜡适合于膏状压注,制模周期短,线收缩率小,压型设计和制造简单,蜡料回收容易,回收率高,与硅溶胶制壳工艺组合具有污染少、成本低廉、产品质量高的特点。The molding technology flow process, technology parameters and molding characteristics with polyethylene wax low temperature mold material have been described. The polyethylene wax is particularly suitable for paste pressure injection molding with short cycle, little body shrinkage, simple die design and manufacture, easy and high recovery of back wax material. The combination of polyethylene wax molding with silica sol shell making technology is with less pollution, low cost, high quality products.
