摘　　要：本文介绍了采用消失模工艺生产铸钢冷却壁的试制过程及质量检测数据。采用EPS板材切割成型,用粘接的方式制备白模。通过采用低密度板材、空壳结构、开放式浇注系统、较高的浇注温度、合理的负压度等工艺措施,解决了消失模工艺生产铸钢冷却壁的技术问题,比如:内铸冷却水管防熔穿、表面防增碳等,获得了较高质量的铸钢冷却壁产品。The trial production of steel casting cooling stave with EPC and product quality inspection data have been introduced. Formed with cutting, the EPS plates have been glued to prepare patterns. By technology measures such as adoption of low density EPS plate, cavity structure, open type gating system, higher pouring temperature, reasonable vacuum etc. the problems as carburization on casting surface of the Low carbon steel and fusion of inner pipe have been solved and high quality cast steel products obtained.
