摘　　要：根据大数据时代的特点和带来的变化,明确了大数据时代的核心是从数据到决策.对大数据时代兴起的即时决策,从大企业到个人进行全面的分析说明.在数据辅助决策方面,讨论了利用统计方法的辅助决策、从数据中归纳出数学模型、从数据中获取知识等有效方法.大数据与云计算的结合,将会达到相互促进和共同发展.大数据不仅支持大企业和政府的决策,也支持个人的决策.According to the characteristics of the era of Big Data and the changes it brings,it is clear that core of Big Data era is from data to decision making. The rise of real-time decision-making in the era of Big Data, from large enterprises to individual, is comprehensively analyzed and described in the paper. In the aspect of data-aided decision making, this paper discusses the effective methods of using statistic methods to support decision-making, deriving mathematical formula from data and acquiring knowledge from data. The combination of big data and cloud computing will achieve the mutual promotion and common development. Finally,this paper puts forward that big data not only support large enterprises and government making decision, but also support the personal decisions.
