乌鲁木齐市社区高血压患者疾病相关健康素养现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查乌鲁木齐市社区高血压患者的健康素养现状及其影响因素。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法对乌鲁木齐市375例高血压患者的健康素养进行问卷调查。结果社区高血压患者健康素养总分为(64.44±23.69)分,其中38.67%的患者属于健康素养缺乏;高血压疾病相关健康素养的影响因素是年龄、文化程度、职业和高血压水平分级(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论社区高血压患者疾病相关健康素养有待提高,可针对患者的年龄、文化程度、职业和高血压水平分级实施高血压疾病相关健康素养干预。Objective To investigate the status and related factors of health literacy of community - dwelling hypertensive patients in Urumqi. Methods Through stratified random cluster sampllng,totally 375 community patients with hypertension in Urumqi were recruited and investigated with the High Blood Pressure - Health Literacy Scale （ HBP - HLS）. Results The average score of health literacy was （ 64.44 ± 23.69 ）, about 38.67% had inadequate health literacy. Age, educational level, occupation and the grade of hypertension were the independent influencing factors of high blood pressure related health lit- eracy （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The health literacy level of community hypertensive patients should be improved. The intervention could be taken according to patients＇ age, educational level, occupation and the grade of hypertension.
