集束化护理在早产儿机械通气中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理管理干预在早产儿机械通气中的护理效果。方法选取机械通气早产儿109例,实施集束化护理管理,并与实施常规护理的97例早产儿进行对比分析。结果采取集束化护理管理后,早产儿肺部感染发生率下降,机械通气时间和住院时间缩短(P<0.01)。结论集束化护理管理应用于早产儿机械通气中,可有效促进早产儿康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of bundle care in premature infants with mechanical ventilation. Methods Totally, 109 premature infants with mechanical ventilation were received bundle care and 97 cases were received routine care. Results After application of bundle care management, the incidence of pneumonia infection of premature infants was decreased, the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospital stays were shorted （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Bundle care management in premature infants with mechanical ventilation can promote recovery of premature infants, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
