摘 要:目的了解护士长对医疗器械不良事件的认知情况。方法应用自设问卷对74名护士长进行关于医疗器械不良事件的信息来源、对医疗器械不良事件的态度、医疗器械不良事件报告情况及未报告的原因的调查。结果护士长了解医疗器械不良事件的信息主要来源于专门培训(40.54%);48.65%的护士长能够正确认识医疗器械不良事件的上报人;66.22%的护士长认为对于可疑医疗器械不良事件应报告而未报告者应给予相应的处罚;33.78%的护士长认为医疗器械不良事件会影响医院/个人声誉;54.05%的护士长报告过医疗器械不良事件,未报告的主要原因为不了解报告程序和不能确认是否为医疗器械不良事件。结论护士长对医疗器械不良事件的认知水平有待提高,同时应鼓励护理人员积极上报,可疑就报,保证护理工作的安全性。Objective To understand head nurses'cognition of medical device administration events. Methods A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate 74 head nurses'information sources,attitudes and how they report about medical device administration events and reasons why they didnt report the events. Results Head nurses knew about medical device administration events mainly from specialized training (40.54%). About 48.65% of head nurses could correctly confirm who was the right person to report ,66.22% believed that nurses who concealed medical device administration events should be punished. And 33.78% believed medical device administration events would influence the reputation of hospital ,54.05% had reported medical device administration events, the reason why they didnt report was that they didnt know how to confirm and report. Conclusion Head nurses'cognition of medical device administration events needs to be improved, and nurses should be encouraged to report clear or dubious medical device administration events, so as to ensure nursing safety.
